Happy First Birthday Garrett! You have gown up so quickly this year! Have a really fun birthday. Grandma and Grandpa love you and miss you!!! Make sure he gets extra kisses and hugs from us!

Happy 12th Birthday Katelyn!

Counting down - 364 days before she is a teenager! The first of the grands to reach that prestigious age! I think everyone would agree, Katelyn adds a special flavor to our family! We enjoyed celebrating her birthday today! It also happens to be the day they celebrate Stewart's b-day - the big #6! Love you Katelyn!! Happy Birthday - and many more!

The braces are gone!!!

Katelyn and I went today to have her braces removed. She is so excited.

Will's graduation day - May 8, 2010

I admit that I did not get the best pictures throughout the day - definitely do not do the day justice! The convocation began at 10:00am under a tent near the engineering building at USC in Columbia. Will graduated with Honors, Cum Laude BS in Chemical Engineering.

After the convocation we headed back to Aiken for a reception Marie had planned at their church. It was a drop in from 3-5. A couple in the church volunteered to cater it and did a wonderful job decorating and fixing the food. They even made Gamecocks' ties to wear so they looked official when serving! (I put a picture in the slide show of them with Will.) It was really cute. A good number of his friends came and honored him. Marie also had a couple of his friends who worked at Pfizer with him make videos congratulating him as a surprise.

I think you all have heard by now that he begins his job at SRS on June 14 as an engineer. They have made some tremendous sacrifices over the last several years but have worked hard and show great determination and "Stick-to-itivness" in attaining the goal.

We are proud of you Will - and Marie, Katelyn and Morgan. We know that the Lord will continue to bless your faithfulness to Him. God bless you as you begin this next phase of LIFE!

We are all so proud of you Will! You've done an amazing job these last 4 years - by God's grace, the support of family and friends, and 1M + study hours you've made it!

(I've tried for 30 minutes to post a picture but my computer keeps freezing so I'm not trying again. If I do I'll be late for this awesome event.)

Dad and I are headed to Columbia to witness the commencement ceremony and then on to Aiken to a reception. It's going to be an awesome weekend! Wish you could all be here to be a part. We'll post pictures later.
