Well....I just looked away for a split second (that's what they always say!!!) and out she went. Somehow she rolled right out and landed on the pavement. I must add that thankfully I had already wiped her off because it was a doozy of a dirty diaper! but un-thankfully she didn't have her new one on yet! Poor thing!! Not only was she terribly injured, shocked and scared, now she could add exposed! to the list! She scratched her nose the worst and ended up with a bloody nose to boot! She actually recovered surprisingly well...faster than I did! She only cried for about a minute but my hands were still shaking for quite awhile after that and if it weren't for the shock of it all I'm sure I would've cried a lot longer than a minute!
So here's her picture...she really is fine and within a half hour was her same self, talking and laughing.
Oh, and what is the opposite of a milk mustache? A milk gotee? A milk soul patch? I could probably start a new line of advertising for formula!

She is still adorable even with the scatched nose! Poor Abigail! What a trooper though. I'm glad she didn't hit her head. They are so fast! She'll learn the word boo-boo soon! :)
Ah, memories of Ryan... He was 6 months with his first fall. I didn't know he could roll that far - he somehow managed to roll from the middle of the bed and off - all while I took a quick look in the mirror. I was standing right next to the bed too! When he was 13 mo it was out of the target shopping cart! We had to go to the ER for that :) They are so resilient? at that age!
Thanks for the encouragement! It's nice to hear that I'm not alone...even though I already knew it, it still nice to hear. I was so glad that Kristi was there at the time to reassure me that it happens to everybody and that she was really okay. She's so cute with her little boo-boo-ed nose. Oh my!
