Psalm 16
Keep me safe, O God, for in you I take refuge. I said to the LORD, "You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing."
As for the saints who are in the land, they are the glorious ones in whom is all my delight. LORD, you have assigned me my portion and my cup; you have made my lot secure. The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance.
I will praise the LORD, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me. I have set the LORD always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure, because you will not abandon me to the grave, nor will you let your Holy One see decay.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!! Debbie had to work today so we have moved our thanksgiving family feast to friday. The family that watches the boys for us has invited me (ben) and the boys over for some deep fried turkey. We went to a park this morning and hit some golf balls with some of our friends and then ate lunch and laid down for a nap. What an awesome lazy day. :) I am so thankful for God always supplying everything we need to glorify Him...including restful holidays. Hope everyone is enjoying the good food. I'm already playing the Christmas music in the car with the windows down and a/c on. :)
Ben, your are not being very environmentally friendly driving with both the windows down and the a/c on. Save the trees! Thanks mom for the great thoughts this morning. We do have so much to be thankful for. Erin and I have been spending the day with her parents and brother and his wife in town from TX. We opened presents tonight since her brother is only in town for the week. I'm heading out early to do some shoping and help support our economy. Taking one for the team. Happy Thanksgiving everybody! I just wrote on the birthday post...thanks for the thanksgiving day phone calls. We'll be there in just 13 more days! Woo Hoo!!
