At our All Staff meeting this video was shared and I thought you all might enjoy seeing it too. http://www.stservicemovie.com/ It's talking about service and I know that each of us in our families, jobs, and churches are serving in some capacity. This video gives a good perspective on the difference just a little extra can make. Did you know that water at 211 degrees is hot and 212 is boiling? Just one degree makes a big difference. Okay, I'll step down from the podium and give someone else a shot!

Okay, that totally brought tears to my eyes...did I tell you the story where I erupted one day--in English even!--(just before our visit to see you guys) at a store here because of their lack of customer service? Oh my...I was a complete mix between totally humiliated and totally proud of myself. Maybe I should send the company this link... : ) anonomously of course! I actually haven't been back to the store yet. Someday...
No I don't remember that story - I guess it's a universal problem. It's great to find a store that believes in true customer service.
